Content Submission Process

Step 1 - Submit Text Content

For the development process to begin, Enseo must first receive all on-screen directory content.

Click the “Submit Text Content” below to submit, then see Step 2 to submit images.

Step 2 - Submit Images

Requirements

  • JPEG, PNG or TIFF format accepted
  • 2MB or higher at 300 dpi and 900 x 500 pixels minimum

Expectations & Take-Aways

Directory Content

Development of the on-screen directory begins once all directory content has been submitted.

Submit content 2 – 3 weeks prior to the installation date in order for the on-screen directory to be delivered at the time of installation. Delay in content submission will also delay when the on-screen directory is published to the property.

Turnaround Time

The overall turnaround process may take 2 – 3 weeks from when the on-screen directory content is submitted. This includes development, revision process, testing and publishing to the property.

Communication and prompt response plays a vital role in the ability to deliver within this time frame.

Directory Update Fee

After final approval of the on-screen directory, any updates after are subject to an update fee of $450 which includes development, revisions, testing and republishing to the property.

Typical turnaround is 2 – 3 weeks. If faster turnaround is required, rush fee may be applied.
